    Fliptop, Inc. ("Fliptop") provides this Privacy Policy to inform our users of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive when they visit and use the site and any websites owned or operated by Fliptop (collectively, the "Sites"), and when they use any of Fliptop's services or applications (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy applies only to information that you provide to us when you use the Sites or Services.

    The use of information provided by commercial users of our Services ("Clients") in connection with our Services shall be limited to the purpose of providing the Services for which the Client has engaged Fliptop, subject to this Privacy Policy and the written Services agreement between Fliptop and Client.

    This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to our information practices. If we make any material changes we will notify you or our Client by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or by means of posting an updated version of this Privacy Policy on this Site. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.

    Information Collection: Personally & Publicly Identifiable Information

    In the course of using the Site and Services, we ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you and administer your account ("Personally Identifiable Information"). Personally Identifiable Information may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, credit card or other billing information, email address and postal addresses.

    Fliptop collects information that is publically accessible (e.g. information that is available to search engines)("Publicly Identifiable Information"). Publicly Identifiable Information (e.g. a social network profile that is not set to 'private' or information on a social network page that can be seen to users who are not logged in), is searched and sometimes indexed by Fliptop, just like major Internet search engines. Fliptop recommends that if you do not want to be searched or indexed by search engines or services like Fliptop, that you set the appropriate privacy controls within social networks and 3rd party applications like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.     Fliptop's SpendScore Application

    Fliptop's SpendScore Application allows Clients to dynamically populate their leads with predictive scores. To enable this application, Client's will provide us with the contact information for their specified contacts, leads, opportunities and accounts, and Fliptop will use this information to determine historical sales and marketing information. Clients may also provide us with additional data relating to themselves and their interaction with their customers, including application usage, support, and financial system data. Clients may provide us with this data directly from their systems, or from a third party system used by Client, such as salesforce. We will then collect external data for the information obtained in order to use machine learning algorithms to build predictive models, scoring existing accounts and leads and providing information on new leads.

    Log Data

    As you use the Site and Services, our servers automatically record information that the browser sends whenever it points to a website or online service. Log data may include, but is not limited to, your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, the web page you were visiting before you came to one of the Sites and information you search for on the Sites and Services.


    Like many websites, we use "cookies" to collect information, such as login information, and to enable certain features of the Services. A cookie is a small data file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. You can instruct your browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all portions of the Sites or all functionality of the Services. Our cookies may be tied to Personally Identifiable Information.

    We may employ and/or our third party tracking utility company may employ software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our Service and Site by informing us what content is effective. These gifs (or other tracking technology) may be included in or associated with e-mails or other communications that you receive from us (or our partners) in order to help us track your response and interests and to deliver you relevant content and services. We may tie information gathered by clear gifs or other tracking technology to personally identifiable information.

    Behavioral Targeting / Re-Targeting

    We may partner with third party to display specific content or advertising on our Site and Services and in communications to you, or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our ad network partner uses cookies and Web beacons to collect non-personally identifiable information about your activities on this and other Web sites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests.     We display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our site in addition to other endorsements. With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name.     Social Media Widgets

    Our Web site may include social media features, such as the Facebook "like" button and widgets, such as the "share this" button that run on our site. These features may collect your Personally Identifiable Information and track your use of the Site. These Social media features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

    Information Sharing and Disclosure

    We do not share or sell the Personal Identifiable Information that you provide us with other organizations without your express consent, including under the following circumstances:

    Service Providers. We may employ third party companies and individuals to administer and provide the Site and Services on our behalf (including, without limitation, bill and credit card payment processing, maintenance, administration, support, hosting and database management services).     Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement. Fliptop cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will use, and disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of Fliptop or a third party, to enfore our terms of service, Client agreements and this Privacy Policy, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, inappropriate or legally actionable.

    Business Transfers, Affiliates and Joint Ventures. Fliptop may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your Personally Identifiable Information and Publicly Identifiable Information in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy. We may share your personal information with our parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control that we may have now or in the future, in which case we will require them to honor this Privacy Policy.

    Changing or Deleting Your Information

    All Fliptop users may review, update, correct or delete the Personally Identifiable Information in their registration profile by logging into their account and changing the "user preferences" associated with their account. Removing your information may limit our ability to provide the Services to you. If you completely delete all such information, your account may be deactivated.     Access to Data Controlled by our Clients and Data Providers

    Fliptop has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes within our Services. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Fliptop's Client or data provider (the data controller). If the Client or data provider requests Fliptop to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 days.     Data Retention

    We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Fliptop will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client, subject to this Privacy Policy and the written Service agreement between Fliptop and Client. Fliptop will retain and use this personally identifiable information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.


    The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personally identifiable information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

    International Transfer

    Your information may be transferred to - and maintained on - computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to Fliptop, please be advised that we transfer Personally Identifiable Information to the United States and process it there.
